I created most of these reference images as a student in the Cox lab at the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Research Institute.
The majority are renderings of μCT scans, acquired with a Skyscan 1076 μCT scanner (Bruker microCT), segmented with Analyze 9.0, and rendered in Drishti. Sketches were drawn in GIMP. Photos were taken with a Leica dissection microscope using FireCam software.
This site is a work in progress, and I hope that it will serve as a useful resource for students and researchers. Please retain my watermark on the images and shoot me an email if you find them helpful.
